LYNC Model of Care
The LYNC Model of Care was developed through years of application with students, children in out-of-home care, parents & caregivers, as well as teachers, those with lived experience, and allied professionals.
It responds to an observable gap: while trauma-informed care (TIC) is widely discussed, its application is often inconsistent, piecemeal, or left to individual discretion.
The LYNC model supports systemic social/emotional learning amongst all participants, helping them feel safe, while identifying and managing emotions effectively. Through the delivery of the the model, we empower those facing challenging situations, and give them a foundation for success and lifelong resilience.
