We collect only the information necessary to provide secure access, track learning progress, and support educational outcomes. This may include basic profile details (such as name, role, and school affiliation), login credentials, and limited usage data.
All information is used solely for instructional and administrative purposes and is never sold or shared for advertising. Student data remains under the control of the school or district, and we comply fully with FERPA and other applicable student privacy laws. Data is encrypted in transit and storage, and access is limited to authorized personnel. Schools may request data deletion at any time by contacting us.

By accessing the LYNC Model of Care™ curriculum (“LYNC MOC”) through LearnWorlds and ClassLink, users agree to the following terms:
1. Authorized Use: Access is granted only to registered students, educators, and administrators as designated by their school or district. Accounts are non-transferable.
2. Educational Purpose: The curriculum may be used solely for instructional, training, and professional development purposes. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution without permission is prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property: All content, including text, graphics, videos, and materials within the LYNC MOC, is the intellectual property of LYNC Academy, LLC (“LYNC Academy”) and is owned by LYNC Academy, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Users shall not modify copies of any materials from this site; use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text; delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from this site; and/or access or use for any commercial purposes any part of LYNC MOC or any services or materials available through LYNC MOC without written authorization from LYNC Academy. Copyright to all content within LYNC MOC is either owned by LYNC Academy, is licensed to LYNC Academy, or was cleared of any licensing or copyright, to the best of LYNC Academy’s knowledge. No content or other material from LYNC MOC may be copied, reproduced, published, republished, uploaded, posted, displayed, transmitted, modified, used to prepare derivative works, distributed or redistributed in any way in any medium whatsoever now known or later invented, except that users may download one copy of the material for non-commercial use only, provided users retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. Any attempt to modify these materials or to use these materials for any other purpose constitutes a violation of LYNC Academy’s copyright and other proprietary rights, and may subject users to injunctive relief, statutory damages and other penalties. The use of any such material other than as set forth herein is prohibited without the express written permission of LYNC Academy.
4. User Conduct: Users agree to engage respectfully, comply with school/district policies, and not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
5. Data & Privacy: Use of the platform is subject to the Privacy Statement, and schools remain the primary custodian of student data.
6. Limitation of Liability: LYNC Academy provides the LYNC MOC “as is” and is not liable for interruptions, errors, or outcomes outside of its reasonable control. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WITH LYNC ACADEMY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH USERS’ USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE LYNC MOC, ANY MATERIALS LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT WITHIN THE LYNC MOC OR SUCH OTHER MATERIALS, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
7. Termination of Access: Accounts may be suspended or terminated if terms are violated or upon request from the school/district.
